Shipping & Deliveries

Orders are shipped from our warehouses or third-party stores across India. We aim to dispatch within 24 business hours, with delivery in 3-7 business days, depending on location and Pincode serviceability. Deliveries are made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Saturday, by our team or third-party couriers. Goods must be signed for upon delivery. Palettes is not responsible for items signed by anyone other than the designated recipient. Incorrect addresses provided at the time of order are not our responsibility. Damages or shortages must be reported on the day of delivery via the "Contact Us" page. Shortages should be noted and signed for on the delivery receipt. Return & Refund

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once products are delivered and accepted. If items are damaged or incorrect, notify customer service within 48 hours, including a video and images of the product. Returns must include the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number, and unopened, unused items. Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 7-8 working days.
